Introduction to Ankle Weights
Wearing weights on your ankle helps you strength muscles such as quadriceps, hamstrings and gluts. Ankle weights help you increases your endurance and helps you tone your legs you burn a lot more of calories with slow movements such as legs lift.

Over all experience
These weights were good to make because They were fun and easy and low budget I think this was a good project because I learned something new. This way I don't have to go to the gym and work out at my house. This also helped to see different and creative ways on how to do your own weights at home.
